Please provide where you will be physically located at the time of your appointment to comply with legal regulations.


Step 5: Upload your documents

  1. A legible PDF copy of the document. Please do not sign in advance. 
  2. One valid government issued photo identification in PDF (travel passport biodata page, driver’s license (both sides), Ontario photo identification, permanent resident card (both sides) etc)
